Dress is business casual.
Parking is available at the KP&L parking garage for a fee.
Guest parking at One Kansas City Place: KCP&L has 10 “Visitor” parking spaces allotted in the new corporate headquarters. If you’re visiting, enter the garage from the Baltimore Street entrance and proceed up the ramp (disregard the sign that directs visitors to turn right – this is not for KCP&L visitors). The up ramp turns to the right and immediately on the left are the KCP&L Visitor spaces, with signs identifying them as “Visitor Parking – KCP&L” and numbered 1 through 10. When those spaces are full please choose any parking spot that does not have a reserved sign. You can then follow signs directing visitors to the pedestrian entrance of the facility. Upon entering the building, all visitors should be directed to the first floor Guest Reception and from there the receptionist will call the person you are here to visit. Visitors can get their parking tickets validated at the Guest Reception Desk as well. The parking garage only accommodates vehicles smaller than 6'3" or smaller than a large SUV such as a Cadillac Escalade.

A Capability Statement generally functions as a more detailed yet simple snap shot marketing/selling tool for your business much like an employment resume. You should highlight four specific components of your operation. Please limit it to one but no more than two pages in length.
Both will be required in order to provide decision makers with visibility to your organization's experience and capacity to provide a quality service.
Registration for diverse sub-contractors is complimentary and includes access to the general session, meals, and a meeting schedule.
Yes, two WebEx training sessions will be scheduled to assist you in preparing a capability statement. A template will be provided for you to populate with your company information. You will also have the option to upload your own two-page capability statement.
The NAICS codes in large measure will help align and match diverse sub-contractor technical services and any other capabilities required to match the decision maker’s business needs.
During registration for this event, we are asking you to select your primary NAICS code from the list that is provided, and if applicable, type additional services in the text box available for us to further review.
